**Please note: If you are located within the Greater Victoria area in BC Canada, you may choose to pick your order up. Please select 'pick-up' at checkout.

Shipping Rate:

  • Shipping is calculated at check-out and is based on location and weight of your order.


Order Processing Time:

  • Upon receiving your order, we will process it within 2-3 business days.

  • Please note that order processing does not occur on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • All orders are shipped as an expedited parcel through Canada Post and include tracking. 

  • At this time, we only process and ship orders with billing and final destination shipping addresses located in Canada and the United States. We are not able to bill or ship to any countries outside of these destinations at this time. If you live outside of our current shipping area, please contact us to see how we can help you.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. Deliveries for remote locations could take longer.

  • Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions.


Shipping Partners and Logistics:

  • We rely on our trusted shipping partners to handle the logistics of your order.

  • Occasionally, our shipping partners may experience high volumes or unforeseen delays that could affect the delivery time of your order.

  • In such cases, we recommend using the provided tracking number to check the status of your shipment and reaching out to the logistics company directly for updates.

  • If the logistics company is unable to provide insight into the status of your shipment, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in finding a resolution.

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship to the USA and Canada.

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.


Additional Charges and Customs:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their respective countries for international shipments.
